3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Joint Committee on Children Meeting (no testimony taken during this hour)
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Focused public hearing on family childcare homes and four hour exemption to childcare facilities (only testimony related to family childcare homes and the four hour exemption will be heard during this hour)
5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. General public hearing (testimony on any topic welcomed and encouraged during this time)

All citizens and persons representing organizations for children are invited to testify. Persons wishing to testify shall sign up at the public hearings. Time allotted for each speaker will be five minutes, unless time allows longer. If multiple speakers are present representing a single organization or field, in the interest of time, speakers may be asked to choose a spokesperson to testify.

A person seeking to be heard beyond the time allotted may be asked to submit remaining testimony in writing.

The public is also invited to submit written testimony by email by completing this form and clicking "submit" or by mail to:
